“During my first interview with ONBusiness, I knew I wanted to work her because of how open and accepting the managers were. The environment at ONBusiness is one the promotes learning, success, and positivity. All levels of management are supportive of the learning of all students and staff and foster a culture that encourages trying new things and learning by experience. I have learned more during my co-op terms then I had expected, due to the dedication to training and opportunity to work on files and tax returns of varying sizes and challenges allowing their students to learn it a way that works best for them.”

Rose, (Co-op Student)

“The support ONBusiness offers toward their students is phenomenal. From my experience so far as a Co-op and summer student the firm has provided an exceptional training and learning experience. Having started my work placements during the COVID-19 pandemic, management has done a remarkable job adapting their onboarding and training processes in a way that is easily understandable and very suitable for their students. Being able to work and delve deep into a range of various files while being on a team that supports my development has significantly helped my growth as student and further my knowledge in the accounting field for future success. ”

Tyler, (Summer Student)

“Choosing to work at ONBusiness was the best decision I have made during my time in university. I have learned so much from the opportunities I have been given and from colleagues, managers, and partners, who have all taken the time to teach me and invest in my growth as a professional and as an accounting student. This invaluable experience has set me up to excel in my continuing studies and to have a successful career in the future. ”
