Sandra is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization. She oversees screening, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; training and development; consulting with management and shareholders on strategic planning; performance monitoring; handles employee relations and counselling, providing advice and assistance to staff; payroll and benefits as well as serves as a link between the organization’s management and employees.

Sandra also oversees planning, coordinating, and directing a broad range of services including Information Technology, Marketing, Project Management, Facilities Management, and supervision of staff and procedures so that the organization can operate efficiently.

Sandra has submitted her validation of experience and officially obtained her CPHR designation in May 2021!

  • Responsible for Payroll, Benefit, and Compensation management
  • Responsible for Human Resource matters relating to personnel
  • Electronic filing of information returns for the firm
  • Responsible for gathering, adapting, storing, and distributing information within the company (newsletters, office notices, etc.), along with maintaining and organizing company electronic databases
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the Administrative Division
  • Management of the two Winnipeg and Steinbach office environments
  • Direct and respond to client enquiries
  • Liaison with Government officials
  • Liaison with contractors

  • Bachelor of Education (1995)

Outside Interests:

  • Engaged, enjoys gardening, decorating, camping, home renovations, baking, taking dance classes, and travelling

Outside Interests:

  • Davara is married and enjoys travelling with her husband to hot destinations as well as spending time at their family cottage on Lake Manitoba.  Davara loves to read, sing, play piano and french horn and has a passion for gardening!

Rosalia joined ONBusiness in 2016 with over over 8 years experience in the Accounts Receivable field and is directly responsible for processing the billings and the accounts receivable functions for ONBusiness.

Graduated University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice

Outside Interests:

  • I have a 4-year-old “puppy” named Piper, who is the most enthusiastic, joyful dog I’ve ever met.
  • I love doing anything in the sun, playing with my 10-month-old niece Lily; and
  • I also have a healthy addiction to podcasts (more specifically true crime podcasts). I’m excited to join and be a part of the ONBusiness family

Bonnie is happily married and has two adult daughters and loves to travel, especially on cruise ships. She enjoys going on walks and spending time with her daughters and her 2 dogs, Sasha & Bentley.
